We are looking for a Lead PHP developer for a fast-growing and international tech company. With a team of now over 100 colleagues working across 5 offices around the world, they develop software for a smart digital approach for hoteliers around the world. It is an international team so with customers worldwide, particularly in Europe, USA and Africa. Through their hotel management systems, they enable their clients to manage smarter and more effectively. This system is also combined with a Channel manager and booking Engine, and hundreds of partner integrations worldwide. This makes for a hugely enjoyable technical challenge.
Functie
They are currently looking for a hands-on Lead developer who will bring relevant knowledge and experience to take the team and developments to an even higher level. You will join a team of developers who work to a high standard. They are looking for someone who is a fan of Vanilla PHP and enjoys contributing to a scalable code-base, in order to improve the products in a meaningful way. In this, you will contribute to all phases of the development cycle. And certainly as a Lead, you proactively look within the various developments. You are also still hands-on developing and implementing new functionalities yourself.Eisen
- HBO/WO work and thinking level
- You have gained experience as a Lead developer, or senior with a lot of leadership within your team
- You enjoy being involved in various developments from start to finish
- You have experience in designing, developing and maintaining applications using best practices
- You can work well in an Agile development environment
- Sound knowledge and experience in PHP8, MySQL, Git, REST
- Experience in Vue.js and SASS is an advantage
- You are fluent in English
